Measured, not mystical
If we cannot explain why a practice works, we do not hand it to you.
ABOUT THE STUDIO
Throughline is a small wellbeing studio for people who want self-awareness and mindfulness to feel grounded and trustworthy, not soft or vague.
We started in 2019 with one stubborn question: why does most wellbeing advice fall apart the moment life gets busy? The answer was rarely motivation. It was design. Practices were too long, too abstract, and never measured, so nobody could tell if they were working.
Throughline is our answer. We borrow the discipline of a field lab and aim it at attention. We observe the signal, name it, log it, and adjust. Every member leaves an intake with one practice, a way to track it, and a date to review it. Nothing more, because more is usually how good habits die.
The work spans four awareness pillars, plus a practical access track for the parts of life that paperwork governs. It is clinical in method and humane in tone, and it is meant to be used on an ordinary, slightly chaotic Tuesday.
HOW WE WORK
If we cannot explain why a practice works, we do not hand it to you.
Thirty steady seconds beats an ambitious routine you abandon by Thursday.
We pair your self-reflection with outside feedback so blind spots get smaller.
The practical side of life counts. We help with the cards and accommodations too.
THE TEAM
Four practitioners, each owning one part of the practice, so you always know exactly who you are working with.
Founder & Lead Practitioner
Built Throughline after a decade running attention-training groups in clinical settings. Believes the boring practices are the ones that last.
Mindfulness Facilitator
Runs the short-session program. Obsessed with habit-stacking and the difference between a practice you plan and one you actually do.
Reflection Coach
Designs the journaling frameworks and monthly audits. Treats every member log like field data worth reading closely.
Access Navigator
Guides members through disability cards, accommodations and the paperwork most people dread, one calm step at a time.
An intake is the easiest way to find out. Twenty minutes, no obligation.
